• General - We have no specific rules for guests although we would raise the point if our guests were failing to respect the property or were affecting the enjoyment of other guests during their stay with us.
• Smoking - In accordance with current Scottish legislation, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel building. We have designated an area to the side of the hotel for those who wish to smoke.
• Bookings - All bookings must be secured by deposit by sending a cheque or providing credit card details. Bookings will be confirmed in writing if time permits. As a security measure when registering at the hotel credit card details are required. Damage to rooms or property will be charged against this card. Bookings can be made direct by calling or emailing us at sales@countylodgehotel.co.uk, or if preferred by first checking availability under room availability
• Late arrivals - If you are delayed during your journey please give us a call so that we know you are on your way, thus ensuring your room is retained.
• Cancellations - The cancellation of a secure booking will result in the loss of any moneys paid in advance as a deposit.
• Discounts - Long stay discounts are offered to guests booking for 3 days or more and will be recorded on any booking confirmation sent.
• Tariff - Tariffs are detailed on notice boards and are also indicated on the enclosed tariff sheet.
